Privacy
We collect the details you give us (name, phone, email, company, GSTIN and project information) to answer enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver orders. We do not sell your data. Chat conversations with ELVI may be reviewed by NTC staff to improve service. You can ask us to correct or delete your details. Data is handled under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Terms of use
Product information on this site is for reference. Prices, availability, GST and freight are confirmed only in an issued NTC quotation or invoice. ELVI and the estimator provide drafts, not electrical designs; ratings, cable sizes and protection must be confirmed by a qualified electrical professional. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
Delivery
We supply across Kerala from Ernakulam. Delivery charges, dispatch dates and partial supply are agreed in your quotation. Every order ships with a GST invoice and, where required, an e-way bill.
Returns and replacements
Report transit damage or wrong items within the period stated on your invoice, with photos and the invoice number. Returns of correct, unused goods are subject to NTC approval and manufacturer policy. Cut cables and special-order items are not returnable.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We help you register claims with the manufacturer; keep your invoice and the product's warranty card.
