Frequently asked questions
Which brands do you supply?
Philips lighting and modular switches, L&T and Lauritz Knudsen switchgear, KUHL, Usha, Atomberg and Crompton fans, Polycab and Lumicon wires and cables, Hensel enclosures, Rishabh and Genus meters, Socomec, ABB, Prok DVS and Mersen.
Why don't you show prices online?
Rates depend on quantity, project and current manufacturer pricing. Add products to your quote list and our sales team sends a quotation with current wholesale rates, GST and delivery.
Can ELVI size breakers and cables for me?
No. Breaker ratings, cable sizes and protection are safety-critical, so our qualified engineer selects them after reviewing your load. ELVI can estimate lighting and fan quantities and list the right product ranges.
Do some products have a minimum order?
Some do, for example Philips bulbs and T5 tubes in multiples of 10. The minimum is shown on the product where it applies.
